We opened the private board can of worms because you guys were pushing for it. We were listening, we discussed privately and publicly.

Unfortunately, we couldn't come to a "solution" that worked the way we thought it should. So for now, the topic seems dead.

I've committed to following (and quickly slapping around people) the IDCC board very closely for a little while. I've noticed several comments since I started (monday) mentioning the board is leaps and bounds better just from last week. I've also done some creative negotiating with regards to freeing violators from Jail.

I'll continue to stay on top of it, and I've been reading every post over there, so that when I speak on the topic of IDCC board, I know what I'm talking about.

We welcome your suggestions, as always; please don't think we are trying to close our ears/eyes to what you are saying.

I don't speak for Jim nor the others I mentioned, but I do know these folks and I all share a common concern for the thread and the all the crap that newbies are needlessly subjected to under the current TOU and operating judgments. EOM
