Matt, I appreciate your thoughts and the question. Maybe everything is fine the way it is and Bill, Loop, Jim, and I are the ones out of line and overreacting.
Truly, I don't how to define a crapper, but you mentioned a few candidates that perhaps should meet the final definition.
But I do know, this: If it were my business and so many good customers as Loop, Jim, Bill, et. al. had requested changes in the TOU or operating judgments so that a sharper line could be drawn to distinguish crappers from naysayers then I would certainly sit down and invest the time and effort to figure out how and where to draw that sharper line so that needed and requested actions could be taken.
