It's not like Cutler gave out actual info on what company or when it's gonna happen so I don't think he's done anything against SEC regulations...jmo though. I'm not sure how that all works. What's he talking about former promoters and lawsuits? Maybe I'll go back through the history here and find some answers or at least get a clue of what he's talking about on that. Why would Luke be upset at David Cutler if David is the CEO? From what you said, Luke is just a hired hand, why would he care?
