I agree, although I think (emphasis on think) that if a public company is made a tender offer (if that's what it officially was) it has to be reported to the SEC. If it was just a verbal or email solicitation then maybe not? It sounds as if this Luke guy was pizzed off that Cutty (my pet name now for him lol) was so open about a few things to Howardmann. The guy never called me back yesterday so maybe I'll hear from him today. I'll try to get more info if he calls but I don't know how much he'll share. I have no clue about the lawsuits or who may be involved but to me, the largest shareholder looks like this Brian Hughes dude. But I may be wrong.

Hmm, or it COULD be, Pierre Besuchet, a resident of Switzerland and Director of Zulu based on past filings. Going back, there are more than a few connections to Geneva, Switz...who's suing which promoter (I didn't realize they even ever had one) is anyone's guess at this point.
