Bob, not so fast. Please define what criteria you will use to discern the naysayers from the crappers, if you do percieve a difference. This would be useful info for all.
On the one point you did respond to, we are not naming names here, so we may be thinking of different folks, but the key issue is this: there are some folks you admit are not welcome, yet you don't take any action to limit them - why?
And as to the deficiency in the TOU in that it does not distinguish between welcome naysayers and unwelcome crappers - do you agree? will it be addressed? how will you draw the line?
I am not advocating mob rule or a popularity contest so please don't keep coming back with this. I am talking about detecting and limiting crappers, as distinct from naysayers. And I am proposing many potential solutions.
