Nothng strange about it, there is a list of those placed in a Global Lock and a section for a specific security that recently had an SEC action against it. Nothing crazy abbout it, all DTC Notices are structured that way.

DHSM - Agree it is suspicious! I received that same notice.

Anyone that would "aid and abet" these individuals would be prosecuted with anyone who may be guilty?

Could hundreds of calls have been made daily to make it happen, by anyone who "aids and abets" short sellers?

What? The company has offered no explanation whatsoever of what has "transpired". It rather begins to look as if DHSM has "expired", though.
