DHSM - Strange that the SEC complaint, noted in the DTC notice, had nothing to do with DHSM. Only one company was linked to the SEC Complaint.

Makes one wonder if a favor was called in by an EX-SEC agent working in collaboration with the short sellers?

Have a very strong feeling that ZERO notice was given to the company to respond.

Very detailed account of all that has transpired. Most importantly, the IRS has 1099-B's with time stamped data showing who is selling to who, and how often.
