The reason I need a hard copy of the 10K is for a certification process I'm going through. They don't want us using "wraps" or computerized financials. Besides, I can tow the 10K around with me for when I have some spare time at work.

Will do a quick review later on this afternoon. Their liquidity looks good. Nice volume. However, they have a lot of shares O/S. That stock could still see a 3-4 dollar per share price range if the metals keep booming throughout the year. I'll see if the pullback continues.
