SSK,

The reason I need a hard copy of the 10K is for a certification process I'm going through. They don't want us using "wraps" or computerized financials. Besides, I can tow the 10K around with me for when I have some spare time at work.

Anyway, appreciate your input. I'll do another search on the company.
