MMAYR, (On EZM) They have a website. The website is pretty informative, and you can read and find all the info on the website. I choose to look at a stock generally through SEC filings, obviously I read them all habitually (by the way we are looking for a 20F for an annual report and certain 6k are quarterlies, and others are other news releases, since this is a foreign company), I follow about 200 companies, and try to keep my research up to date on just about everyone. Since I'm a full time trader I put at least a good 50 hours of research in each week on average if I had to guess.
If you want to find out whether a company has a website put the name of the company (In this case Eurozinc Mining) in the search engine of your choice, and it will pop up, because the overwhelming majority (Even over the counter stocks) have a website, and EZM is no exception.
However, I would strongly suggest you use sec filings/read all the info. on the website rather then request, an annual report, I have never ever requested an annual report, because my philosophy is if I'm interested in a stock, why do I have to wait to read the annual report, when I can do it immediatly, I have made money on so many stocks in a matter of days to think that is a good idea.
