At the moment, the SEC can only issue a 10 day suspension in trading of the MDBX stock.

After the 10 day suspension it will open in the grey market at somewhere around the 20 cent price range, if they are lucky



if SEC halts it you are done. there is no playback where you get to reassess your position and get out!!!!!!! YOU LOSE EVERYTHING and I say its happening soon. SEC does not want the scam to continue to take from honest investors.

When a stock is halted by the SEC and then starts trading on the grey market, the stock usually starts trading at around 20% of the pre-halt price. The price usually then declines at a much slower rate than you would expect, as share holders are often in denial about the fact that there is zero chance of getting reinstated to a higher tier. I have held short positions (and unfortunately one long position) through SEC halts. Disclosure - small short position in MDBX.
