I'll pay double if that happens. That limb you're out on is pretty thin IMO! LOL!

Whatever the amount is court fees or otherwise, it would surprise me a great deal if there WASN'T a "blank" check waiting to be written by whomever put up the initial $530k. I wouldn't be surprised if another check was delivered in the same manner, in person, in court, like the first one.

Even if it wasn't, I would expect there is a reasonable amount of time the court would provide the company to deliver whatever the amount happened to be.

So 8-K and PR still more likely IMO to come first.
