I'm not going to dig back through all of the court filings, but if I remember correctly(admittedly a tall order), the following filing by the auctioneer (his last so far) was made following the court directing that his auction posts stop. The key thing to note is that this last post isn't about the auction. This last post is merely informing the public about the court outcome. I suspect that we may see such an informative post again after the final resolution of the Ironridge litigation....should Ironridge see it as a means of communicating information about SVFC that stockholders would see as negative.
Public Auction of All Assets of IntelliCell BioSciences, Inc.
On August 26, 2013, the New York Supreme Court ordered the company to pay to Ironridge Global all principal and interest undisputedly owed. In the presence of the court, the company was forced to comply with the order.
Accordingly, the previously-noticed foreclosure sale will not proceed, pending further order of the court. Ironridge Global continues to reserve all rights and remedies, including its security interest in all assets of the debtor and the right to claim additional amounts owed under the loan documents.
