LOL, I see you are at it again with the 100 share buy at .0003 paint job. If you are a preferred c share holder why are you trying to bring down the price?

Actually it is quite simple really. The preferred shares are "anti-dilutive" to reverse splits and they are owned by the company as well as old common shareholders. So the lower the PPS, the lower the ratio of the reverse split, the less commons left post split, and that creates more of a market for the preferred share conversion with as little common shares available going into that debacle.

In order to wipe out the common shares the preferred share holders (if they believe this fiasco will actually work) would actually want ANDI PPS to be the lowest possible. Remember part of the fiasco was to sell what was left of the common shares now that the holders are holding preferred shares which drove the PPS down in the first place.

If any ANDI preferred shareholder holder wants the PPS higher presplit, then they might not understand exactly what they are hoping for, unless they have commons of course.

HA...no red paint here! Just trying to help any newbies from becoming a R/S bagholder. Doesn't matter to me what the pps is right now. The plan was to R/S the stock to $2.50/share and give us preferred holders a chance to cash out at a much higher pps.
