As I've stated before, the Issued and Outstanding is 46,881,386. The Issued and Outstanding after the RS was 36.4 Million. How do you come up with 12.25 million shares issued after the RS?
46.8 Million Minus
36.4 Million Equals
10.4 Million issued and outstanding AFTER RS. Is that easier to understand?
Also, Again... the NAME CHANGE has to be filed with the STATE OF NEVADA on November 5th.
IT's very easy to understand the language in the filings, I'm not sure where the confusion comes from?
