You don't see it doesn't mean you are right, just like those who didn't see any safety issue didn't mean they were right. They are going to have to do another trial no matter what, either before re-introduction to market or after whether you like it or not. They are under accelerated approval. There is NO way FDA would convert it to full approval right now.
