Yes, you are correct! But in STKO case, constant pump is to keep PPS in the same levels as long as possible.

Reason for that is to dilute as much shares they can in higher levels – equals more money for STKO with less shares.

Look at the numbers!

Authorized: 4,000,000,000

Issued and Outstanding: 46,881,386 - increased since RS by 12,250,830 (Pre-Split over 1.25 BIL)

$0.0275 x 12,250,830 = $336,897.83 (raised amount by STKO since RS selling shares – if PPS average is $0.0275)

…and remember that STKO does not have any income, so they only rely on us!

Almost all companies in penny land plunged down immediately after RS to about -90% - before anybody is even able to trade again. If STKO turns to be a SCUM than we will experience same.

STKO is still in these levels only because of BOGUS Letter To Shareholders released just before RS (explained in previous post)

I’ve never bothered to bring this up, I thought it was obvious to everybody that Hellwig was on the 6 months “probation” and Quirk was on the salary. And yes, Hellwig supposed to be out after September 15th – I will love to see update on this, it will be good news! As of now, we don’t know if company is still keeping him as an advisor or if he is out, news is needed to confirm this!!! Can you imagine Hellwig and Canouse out??? ;)

As of today, Canouse and Quirk have equal amount of Series B Preferred Stock, about 80% of the voting equity of the Company.

From (October 1st) 14C The Name Change and Authorized Share Decrease – “We currently expect to file the Amendment on October 31, 2013”

Like you see, STKO is “expecting” to file the Amendment on that day, it not necessarily means they “will” (did)

Name Change is not a big of a deal, it can even be done next year, if it’s up to me. Authorized Share Decrease is more important and they have to do it quick, so we know what to expect from them in the future.
