The problem is that some of the "old" people are still involved, through iEquity. And it evidently is a problem, or Bradford wouldn't have resigned.

Burke signed the 10-K for fiscal 2012, as CFO:

So why is Burke given as the "person to contact" in connection with the NT 10-K? Because he's been named auditor, or because he's still the CFO? The phone number listed for him isn't the company's.

Usually the contact person named is a company officer.
