at least he admitted it's an "if not a when"

he may have leaned from the last two times when he insisted it was a "when not an if",and was proven wrong on both occasions.

This is where I think you may need some assistance and I am saying this respectfully.

Thanks, but I'm not looking for assistance on these boards. I just post my opinion and debate or supplement others'.

the word you use is "IF" and that is a humongous "IF" which has exponentially grown in the last couple of years with Partner A, B, C and who know who else.

Welcome to the world of stock speculation. It should be no secret that all penny stocks carry a great degree of uncertainty and risk. If all the "ifs" were known quantities and qualities, they wouldn't be penny stocks. Shareholders pay a premium for knowledge and confidence. If/when Medinah lands a joint venture, the share price will be considerably higher. If/when drill results prove an economical deposit, the share price will be considerably higher. Some shareholders aren't willing to assume that kind of risk at the current share price and would rather pay the premium to have more confidence and security in their investment. That's fine for them. Personally, in spite of their past failures I like the upside from the stock's current levels and have factored in all worst and best case scenarios and will adjust my investment accordingly as information becomes available.

As a person who deals on a daily basis with facts otherwise , I would literally kill people,

If you know what the word "literally" means, I'd seriously rethink this statement.

all the so call DD is merely a rumor or a distorted way of looking at things. You are giving me looking forward statements. That in real life is not sufficient. An assessment on this stock is not any different than any american corporation. Imaging the corporate world without profit really? for 16 years?.

Again, welcome to the world of stock speculation. MDMN is not a growth stock. It is a high risk / high reward penny stock. For the most part it is a fool's errand to attribute big board metrics and expectations to penny stocks operating on a shoe-string budget. And there are hundreds of "real life" American mining/exploration stocks and biotech companies that have never had a profit. Their success hinges almost entirely on a binary event which often costs years and millions of dollars to achieve, without having income to offset those costs and without any guarantees of success. This is the risk/reward profile inherent in these industries. Investors in junior explorers and biotechs SHOULD know what they are getting themselves into. Success for these companies cannot be measured or predicted by a series of quarterly statements showing increasing revenues. They are event-driven gambles where shareholders assume a LOT of risk in the hopes of that event coming to fruition.

In Medinah's case, that event is obviously the joint venture and monetization of ADL. You apparently feel that is not going to happen, yet you are still invested here. I don't quite understand that. Once I no longer believe that Medinah cannot joint venture and monetize ADL, I'll be long gone. I'm not invested in MDMN for any other reason. So it is difficult for me to understand how anyone can be so sure that it won't happen and still have their money tied to the company. It makes no sense at all.

Assessments must be driven by facts and facts alone. The facts we have is the History of the Medinah is a real tangible solid fact and that is a fact. It is not 16 years of speculation enough for any shareholder?

And the mineralization that has been discovered in the mountain is not a fact? The proximity to Chile and low elevation aren't facts? The historical mining in the area is not a fact? The previous drill results and 3rd party geological analysis don't contain facts? The current discoveries at LDM and the ore shipments are not facts? You can't just cherry pick your facts to make your argument...well, actually you can, but that isn't being intellectually honest. I have assessed all the facts with this company, both pro and con. My posting history in these forums have been both bullish and bearish at times, though obviously largely bullish. When weighing the negative facts against the positive facts, my assessment and the reason for my investment is that there is a strong likelihood of stock appreciation based on the joint venture and monetization of ADL being completed rather than failing...regardless of the disappointing history thus far.
