I think you meant to say that there is a strong likelihood of stock appreciation regardless of whether the jv is completed or not. Partners A and B have proven this. The question is whether or not this time around there will be enough suckers to believe that when medinah say they have a deal, that the deal actually closes. The appreciation you spoke of to .19 and .17 respectively were both based on deals that never closed. Medinah can claim anything they want, but until the deal is funded, they don't actually have a funded deal. Will shareholders allow themselves to be fooled a 3rd time? We shall see, but I'm glad you finally admitted it's an "if not a when" . History has a funny way setting the record straight.
