1st News, Name Change – common thing in penny land. Companies changing names after RS so in few years nobody will remember theirs “bloody battles” (RIP 2012 STKO) just to remind that in 2012 (fiscal year) STKO compensated Peter Hellwig $2,650,000 WOW!!!!!!!!!!!
In my opinion Hellwig is better scum artist than Joe Canouse!!! …and Quirk just joined them. LOL All three of them are onboard, as of now!!!
Since then, Quirk and friends delivered RS and BOGUS Letter To Shareholders with his **…on or before November 1st** deadline!!!
2nd News, Authorized Share Decrease – in STKO case, they have to come up with lower number than 4 BIL, they do not have a choice!!! (I’m hoping for 175,000,000 or lower) Right now 4 BIL after RS looks ugly.
