Usually pump and dilution come together, so till Thanksgiving I expect massive dump by company.

Issued and Outstanding: 46,881,386 - increased since RS by 12,250,830 (Pre-Split over 1.25 BIL)

Let’s say that since RS, average Price Per Share is about $0.0275, times Total Outstanding 12,250,830, equals 336,897.83 dollars. That’s the amount the company is raised selling shares since RS (I’m sure Stakool really appreciates your donations!!!)

$0.0275 x 12,250,830 = $336,897.83 (raised amount by STKO since RS selling shares – if pps average is $0.0275)

STKO do not have any income since bloody 2012. They only rely on you!!! So buy high and sell low!!!

Some people will say those money is needed for closing IH and HPP… THAN YOU ARE WRONG!!!

STKO used this money to cover all expenses due to Reverse Split, Name Change, pay bills, paychecks to all new “big boys” and so on… just to survive post-split nightmare. I can assure you, that none of the Stakool’s employee is renting one bedroom apartment or drives Yugo to work ;) They are “big boys” with families, properties, bills to pay, just like you and me, and they are not going to work for free!!!

I am expecting two updates before Thanksgiving; first Name Change and second Share Reduction – that’s all!!! Also, I am hopping for 175,000,000 AS, because anything bigger than that equals huge dilution. Let hope 475 MIL be rejected, than next acceptable number is 175 MIL, we will see!?!

STKO has already tried 4 BIL, than 975 MIL, now 475 MIL… we will see if 475 MIL gonna be accepted?!? I hope not, than they will have to come up with another lower number. As of today Authorized share total is 4 BIL!!! Ouch! It Hurts!
