looks like this is coming off the bottom. stochs showing oversold are beginning to curl upwards. there's been some strong accumulation over the last month. if the tap has been turned off, or, at the least, tamped down, this could run.
bid break over .0006 sends this upward and sets up the loss of the fourth digit. its ready, but....
