No, it claims the percentage has increased. Declining OEM and PSO revenue can cause this without any associated increase in enterprise revenue.

It does not mean billings or revenues, in terms of absolute dollars, have increased.

The slide is playing games by not showing any absolute numbers.

we've discussed those charts over here. they look dodgy to me.

for myself, i only use the reported data in the quarterly reports.

i use the reports to derive numbers for legacy and non-legacy income. that is the type of split using actual figures that interests me.
