One sure way to not win, is to not attempt. I think there is a good case here, but I am not a Lawyer. If a Lawyer is retained on a contingency at very least it would cause these scammers some discomfort and money. In my opinion, that is a win in its self.
Incredible, the amout of shares held in the last dozen posts alone. I thought I had it bad, I was wrong. At what point do we ban together and resolve this once and for all?
