Not sure I follow what you are saying robtewms? The language in the agreement with Liberty is pretty clear that the company will be buying shares from Liberty within that range...at least, that is the way I see it? Of course they have overall approval to buy back 2 Billion shares and I don't see any restrictions on the prices they can pay for those shares... I would think though that the Liberty agreement may have priority since they are suppose to make these purchases in three installments in November, January and April...
