My information could be off because I can't follow any of it via the internet - where all information is stored. I tried through nasdaq.com and a few other sites - no filings, etc. I sit by my breakfast table and get information from other Bettina Homes breakfasts so we put together bits and pieces of conversation - nothing to hang your hat on.

PRHB was a fun possibility for us and I think as an aftermath only one million shares were sold - so there you have it.

However, why would anyone want to use the company as an empty shell! wouldn't it be better for a company to start its own identity instead of taking up someone else's? That is a question I have always wondered about because I've seen folks do that as I followed investors hub.

As I did some research after your first reply it did strike me as odd that the name change came when the court awarded the old name the 1 million dollars. Do you know anything about that? Nothing I can do with the information. This is solely my curiosity.

I don't normally like to do this kind of in-depth research. Prefer the fun route. But when someone draws me in and I get curious, I generally have to follow it through to the answers:) Or to as many answers as I can get until something else distracts me to look in another direction.

Currently, it is in the direction of NBG and BPIRF. Lucked out on JASO - bought it right, just didn't sell it right. Took a loss when actually I could have made a 4 point profit.
