Have to agree with much of that. Also, when HPP deal is finalized and PR'd I think many who are expecting the report on the valuation of at least .30 will be disappointed that it doesn't shoot to that level right away. You can see by today's action that news of any kind will be tempered in some way by the market forces, be it profit takers or whatever.

Once the HPP deal is done and PR'd, I expect this to go to .10 at most for now. Because the deal is good but revenues come later, and won't be reflected until first qtr report comes out in mid-May.
When people actually see millions of $$ on a 10-Q, or 10-K, THEN they will sit up and take notice and pps will catch up. But you have to give them time to show real revenues on a qtrly.
But there is also the possibility of other deals down the road that will have an impact on pps too.

I have to disagree with you there. To think that once the deals are finalized that STKO will not have the potential to get into dollar ranges? I'm not sure what type of work you do or if you're familiar with branding/consumerism or even distribution in whole. I've researched KQ, I've research the rest of the BoAs, and I've seen who is in charge of lining up $$$$ for STKO and the big $$$ that is possibly coming in. If you have shares here then you are in a good place. Is it going to $2.00 by next week, probably not, sure would be nice. That Valuation done by Ludlow is based on 100 MILLION shares in the O/S. Last I heard from the TA when I reported couple days ago was 46,881,384. That's less than half.

That means that .30 valuation just on a 1x p/e ratio would mean STKO will be over .60 once deal is finalized. We won't even get into the Consumer Division. There's a reason why KQ said that is where the $$$ will be and not so much the hpp, or the water company. Anyways.

I hope the price drops under .02 by monday or tuesday, that is my hope tho. If and When the deals are finalized you will see something happen that only happens very very rarely. Too many things to list. As always, do your own DD like I do, and invest only money that you can afford to lose like myself.
