Have to agree with much of that. Also, when HPP deal is finalized and PR'd I think many who are expecting the report on the valuation of at least .30 will be disappointed that it doesn't shoot to that level right away. You can see by today's action that news of any kind will be tempered in some way by the market forces, be it profit takers or whatever.
Once the HPP deal is done and PR'd, I expect this to go to .10 at most for now. Because the deal is good but revenues come later, and won't be reflected until first qtr report comes out in mid-May.
When people actually see millions of $$ on a 10-Q, or 10-K, THEN they will sit up and take notice and pps will catch up. But you have to give them time to show real revenues on a qtrly.
But there is also the possibility of other deals down the road that will have an impact on pps too.
