Really???? I think some FACTS are in order to dispell that incorrect notion!!!!

Barnett offered money for BGL to quit litigation. If they were not entitled to that 60% why would he do that? He is after all one of the defendants. So in effect Barnett said he was at fault why else would he offer to settle.

Barnett signed the document. He admitted he owes Bandera money. There is no Jaime from MSJ. Barnett remains the legal rep from MSJ.
His intent was to cause confusion and to try to embarrass BGL. All he did was make himself look like a big dumb ass.
Bandera was awarded the 60% by the Jalisco State Court. After all the amparos filed by MSJ they know they are sunk and this was their last kick at the cat.
For anyone interested in the truth the litigation is easy to look up.
