If they issue new shares they'd have to make the appropriate SEC filings. They previously had additional commitments from investors for near $2 million already.
The shareholder meeting .... Dahl put it on the table for more financing available at .30. The rest was to be ownership in Wellmetris in order to limit dilution in HEPI ... where HEPI would still hold majority stake.
You are classic example .... no transparency from HEPI to help an investor decide on holding shares. I'm sure if there was a regular flow of information and indications of progress .... that you'd have less fear.
