Just for the record... that comment is a well-known old joke stated by people that actually are familiar with public company 8k filings. Sorry you missed the humor, but we all understand why. BTW, how many 8K filings or any other pubco filings have you made? We all know you're good at using ruses to try and get some inside info. However, although those tactics may satisfy you, they were/are reckless and potentially harmful to the company. BTW, I know your identity and seriously doubt you should be commenting on the affairs of this or any other public company. I also know that you have been chastised for meddling and no longer have any communications with anyone associated with GEC. So you're basically flapping your uniformed gums for some self-satisfaction.
I came to the HUB to help explain some complexities of the CC deal and what it means to the company and its very loyal shareholders. We've been it this way longer than you and I dare say with a lot more financial exposure. But here you are trying to shut me by exposing my identity. Well guess what, I'm now a moderator and will continue to inform on relevant company issues, one of which you are not. So please, bury your insecurities and stick to informative and important subjects that pertain to company operations.
To my fellow serious-minded shareholders, IMO the CEO has done a remarkable job getting the company in position to succeed and under almost impossible conditions. I applaud his efforts and will continue to help him however I can. Let's all move forward and leave the baggage behind.
