Just for the record and I'll leave it at this. Carbonator is the one that started with stupid comments that were not needed. Since he couldn't prove his point with facts he resorted to trash talk. This is the statement that started it all.

"the CEO had a satisfactory bowel movement this morning", but I wouldn't think that would significantly impact the company, the CEO maybe, but not the company."

followed by:

"your book is 'kindergarten' level, but keep trying. I don't have time to totally embarrass you at the moment, but don't push me."

I then made this statement with a question at the end that he never answered. Arbpro did pick things up from there with civil conversation that I appreciated.

"The required 8K's are to be filed within 4 days, not 3 days of the event and the SEC is looking to change some of them to 2 days. Which item number would this so called "material event" that you refer to be filed under?"

So before you all start saying I'm the bad guy, look at what he wrote that started all the bad blood. As far as the possibility of me trash talking Maddog, that won't happen because I've heard nothing but good about him.
