I think our chats tonight have been somewhat productive. We have brought up questions and discussed with without going at eachothers throats.
I thank you guys for discussing this stuff with me and hope we can do the same when my post count is reset. I have now used my 15 posts for the day and will have to wait until tomorrow to post again.

Well i think what they do is use the console (dissappointing to here about direct email not being quick...i'll test both tomorrow) to try weed out the crappy questions and then if it gets to a point where a phone is needed they will ask the person to contact the number to speak to a represnetative. THis saves money. In business the less you waste the more you earn.
And i'm pretty sure the phone company won't budge. Its like walking up to a gas station and saying " you know what..thats just too much, let's work out a deal." they will tell you where to go.
Wheeeee..he was easy. Last night we only whittled GordonGekko down to 10 posts before he wouldn't come out of his corner. For that I took only a TKO as I wanted 7. BUT tonight we got every one of JayDee06's posts. Every one. Now won't have to listen to him tomorrow. Better than an iggy. Good night all.
