They do not want to handle calls by telephone. They, as have many many companies, have found it is not economically feasible to chat with customers all day. It may take a few seconds or minutes to handle an inquiry by e-mail but 15 minutes to get someone off the phone who just wants to ask stupid questions. Intelliflix states on their site that they don't have an 800 number because it costs $7 per call to do so.

This is a online business with online customer support like many, many, many other online businesses. I think you will find their online support quick to handle any problems you may have... and if you require to speak to a live representative to solve your problem they will give you the number to call.

They prefer to handle all support online to keep administrative costs down...as a investor you should agree with this policy.
