carlson, there is potential. As is the case with all penny stocks, they move in cycles. As you and I know very well, many of those that fly come back down and low and behold in a few months they are back up on another spike. Even some you have played have done that as you know.

After some time down here and eventually to no bid, the shell will be sold, reverse split, and a new pump will begin after current holders are fleeced again by a split
Hate to burst your bubble here but historically CBYI hasn't gotten above .0013 in the last 3 years (with the exception of Cambertire of course). To expect that they will do so with their bloated OS is highly unlikely...
