From a WhiteSky standpoint, I'm betting SFOR is in the discovery process to find out just how bad the damages are. Meaning, not just solely with WhiteSky, but with their customers. Likely will do pretty good in these areas. Moving on to patent infringement with out-of-band...I'm betting things are heating up with PhoneFactor. Should be in the win column with that too. Authentify, a little trickier/complex. Staying on the subject of out-of-band infringement - lots of potential for SFOR.
Cheap share prices here, because when revenue from any source gets clicking - the prices will not stay low. WhiteSky took away a significant opportunity for SFOR to fund its operations - soon, it will be time to start collecting what is rightfully SFORs. SFOR is very determined to collect and protect.
