If you are talking about a class action or individual lawsuits against pinks, I think you are holding on to a fantasy.

On the other hand, a few pinks a year lose the Pink Trading Symbol lottery and get taken down.

IF Alexander is a loser in the Lottery and IF he hasn't hidden his assets well enough, scammed MNVN SH could have a chance for restitution.
