Okay, it sucks because I sent back a movie 6 days ago and it has still not been checked back in. It still says I have the item out. How are you supposed to take advantage of "UNLIMITED" rentals when it takes a week or more to check your movies back in.
If you ask me the they already have the movie back but are delaying updating my account because they don't want me to be able to rent as many movies as possible, therfore it truly is not "unlimited rentals"
It is, we will lie and screw you saying your movies are still out when we have them right here in our hands.
Basically I think they "throttle" customers without them even knowing.
