JayDee...this happens to YOU..so because it happend to YOU the service as a whole sucks. Hmmmmm ok. And I say that I haven't had the problems and I think the service is great. Ok, now, let's just say for instance, the trailer park you live in has the usual vandals, theives, etc.. Is there an outside chance that maybe the movie was stolen from your already beaten in by baseball bats mailbox? Or did you remember to tear the tab off the envelope? Or did you forget to remove the movie from the DVD player you rented and owe months of rent on? OR, did you forget to put the DVD back in the return envelope thinking you can pull one over on the company? Just trying to help you out here good buddy. Just a hint for you...RENT TO OWN does not mean you pay one month's rent and then you own the DVD player. Ok?

JayDee I agree with you, it is obvious they are bending it here and there because they "DO NOT" have the inventory or disribution to handle even the small amount of subs...what happened to opening more distribution centers I wonder...now we have a response from JF stating what they have is fine...yet the main focus of money was to take the majority of the money and open new centers and more inventory...was there a change of plan...obviously something has changed and Iam not liking it!

the same thing happens to me with blockbuster sometimes. its not the co. its the damn USPS they are very slow in some areas

I agree with you. I sent a movie back last Saturday from NY to PA and I finally got an e-mail today that they got it.

That's ridiculous IMO. I don't think it's the postal service either.

They are either very slow in updating their system or they are doing as you say........holding onto the DVD's for a bit in order to slow down people from renting too many.

When I look at my queue, they show 2 movies out. Why didn't they ship another one out today if they got my old one back?
