Jaydee...maybe your experience is bad. But I gotta tell you, my experience with GZFX service is quite good! The family has been enjoying the service for about 1 1/2 months now. So uh...hmmmm maybe you should just leave GZFX and this message board FOREVER

when I complain about the service I posts dates to back up my statements.

If you want to complain, dont just put "the service sucks" back it up with some information as to why you think that.

Bummer...

"With Netflix, I have the 2-out plan and I've been getting throttled for some time. Cinderella Man has been "very long wait" since it released. I am cancelling Netflix this month and sticking with Blockbuster online. Throttling is unacceptable."
