WRONG AGAIN EARNIE! If one has an asset, he can sell it...If BGL has Cinco as an asset they could sell it...Can BGL sell Cinco? NOPE! WHY because you have to own something for it to be an asset, and an asset isn't an asset if you can't do anything with it
