The answer would be a resounding no, as the liens don't exist. If they did exist, those who are convinced of their existence, would have been posted a link to the relevant court filings.

However, if you consider that BGL tried to have the mining properties in dispute with MSJ registered in their own name in August 2011 without providing or making any case whatsoever to the presiding judge that their clam was justified in any way shape or form, with the Judge flatly refusing to rule in BGL's favour, I'd say there is ZERO chance that any liens exist. The evidence which could have been supplied at any time by those who have "seen" them would have been posted, by now, wouldn't it?

BGL's Auditors and BGL's regulators have seen the MSJ Joint Venture Agmt.
So Barnett purposely set up the contract so that Bandera had to take him to court and then the contract would be void?
So why did MSJ have to invent the SRGE scam if the contract was no good? lol
If that was the case BGL never would have been able to file charges or win at the state level.
