(2)Then you wait for a "turn".
(3)On 4/17/2003 $BPCOMPQ crossed the 45 line.
It is therefore over bought.IMHO.
(4)It is now time to look for turn down.
(5)Have no idea or probability as to when this
turn will happen. One day? One week? One month?
