everything that goes into financials are worded in a specific way and terminology to make them look good. Prime example is the way they word their expenditures on Cinco as an asset which can not be recovered or sold so it's really not an asset...accountants are like lawyers, they can word things in certain ways to make things appear different than they really are...An asset, can be sold or the value spent can be recovered but nothing BGL lists for Cinco can be used in such a way...
