Bandera won the mercantile court case at the State level which MSJ/BARNETT appealed. That court decision gave them the lien on Cinco Minas that stands to this day.

LMAO. Didn't some say it was fake? That SRGE decal on the tank was looking pretty bad. The cheap SRGE/MSJ scam didn't even use UV resistant decals. What a bunch of dopes.
Didn't someone say Tatiana said SRGE owns Cinco Minas with no encumbrances? How was that possible with the LIEN on the concession titles?
Still waiting for Southridge to show up on the concession titles. Guess that was just another SRGE lie.
