With all the IP and potential, I cant see the company sinking. Either it will be revived or sold. Either way the remaining investors will be rewarded. It is painful watching the numbers lately.

And don't forget how he stood up and fought for his rida patents back in 2010 (I think it was). I read those - it was not a easy task, and he prevailed.

OK - I am getting carried away with all this so will pause a day or two for a rationality break, and to try to earn a few $$ the old fashioned way.....

The Harv resurrected this company once before, I expect he will do it again. Do not discount the Harv. Look how he built this Company.. The pipeline is the key-- FGFR GIST, et al.

Right.

Populist reactions are soooooooooooooo predictable and WRONG:

- something goes badly, fire the manager;
- stock crashes, sell the company pleaseeeeeee.

Nobody knows this company better than Berger, and while he has his detractors, it is not clear that the company would be better off without him.

Selling the company is not done best during a distress situation.
