Selling the company is not done best during a distress situation.
As far as the trials go, there is little chance for them not to be reopened. The distress situation is cash. That only gets worse, every day. Every day that gets worse, HB's bargaining situation gets worse.

There is an old saying "cash positive by the end of the day". It is easy to spend money you don't have or OPM. However, it is almost always a bad business decision. Someone needs to clamp down on expenses.
