Well, that is your opinion, not necessarily fact. Fact is the T/A quoted as saying A/S is 950 million. To raise it to 5 billion would take a shareholder vote. Period the end.

Bottom line, who cares. No dilution!!! A/S 950 million, but 5 billion fits your story better.
