Hey Chief, hardly an issue to worry about at this point although it will be interesting to see if they deal with the preferred issue in their next filing. Does Rangemore Productions still have the shares or have they been cancelled and returned? Like the Amero merger that first was on then wasn't on then never happened (but it still wasn't a lie!!!), there has never been an 8K documenting the merger of Rangemore Productions with Rangemore Film Productions.

I spoke with Richard Smith today. He stated they have only done the debt settlement which they PRd a month or so ago and issued restricted shares. Nothing else.

He also stated he believes what we are seeing is a result of what old management did to settle debt - when they issued 400 million shares to debt holders. Those debt holders have been systematically depositing their shares and selling into the market. He also stated he believes they are almost done.

Take it for what it is worth. This is what he told me, but I have to say it is the most logical explanation I have seen/heard.

If, then, it is true - and the SS remains at what has been disclosed, then I believe we have a good chance to turn this around and see a significant increase in PPS from current levels. Rangemore management continues to move forward in a positive direction (imo) and eventually I think this will run and allow those of us who are currently stuck to make money. IMO and GL.
